Note:  RATS is unable to enter places of residence, including nursing home residences.  We offer pick up and drop off at building entrances.

Insurance:

RATS currently accepts Medicaid provided by Anthem, Aetna, Sentara, and Humana.  Medicaid recipients must request a ride by calling the number on the back of their Medicaid card. Please call us if you have questions about setting up your Medicaid Transportation.

Private Pay:

Please call the RATS office for a quote.

Veteran and Active Duty Service Member Discount:

RATS offers a 10% discount to private pay veterans and active duty service members for transportation to and from medical appointments and pharmacies.
